- Your place at the maker’s market isn’t confirmed until we have received payment from you.
- Once we have received payment from you, your place at the market is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and final. You cannot switch places into a different market date, no exceptions.
- We will communicate everything to you via e-mail, using the e-mail address you have provided us with.
- We take no responsibility for e-mails that go into junk or that are missed. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received communications from us.
- If the market has to be cancelled, we will re-organise the market for a future date. If no future date can be re-organised, we will offer you a refund.
- When you supply content to us, you promise that you own and/or have the right to use such content in this manner. This does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- We reserve the right to book and brand of our choosing at any event. We try to ensure that brands have a different product offering and aesthetic but take no responsibility if similarities arise.
- You are only allowed to sell your handmade items or from the artists you curate and you cannot add more things to your stall if it’s not stated on the application form.
- If you act inappropriately or disrespectfully towards us, other market stall holders or customers, we reserve the right to revoke your place at the market immediately without refund.
- We take no responsibility for any products or services sold by stall holders at our market.
- By taking part in our market, you take full responsibility for ensuring your products adhere to any legal requirements that may apply.
- We do not take any responsibility if you do not sell anything. We cannot simply refund you because you didn’t sell anything on the day.
- We have no control over and do not guarantee over sales.
- The responsibility lies on the stallholders for the quality, safety or legality of items advertised.
- The truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items we cannot confirm and are not responsible for insuring the accuracy or truthfulness of users per ported identities or validity of the information which they provide to us or post about.
- All stallholders must organise their public liability insurance and must comply with the current COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines.
- We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to your stock on the day.
- Table layout of the market will be planned and determined by us.
- While we try our best to ensure all tables are the same size at the market, we cannot guarantee this. Most tables are 5-6 feet long.
- Make sure that you arrive at least half an hour before the market begins and please the venue nice and tidy as you found it. Please do not bring any more than one person with you to man your market stall as there is not enough space to accommodate for more than two people per market stall.
- We cannot guarantee parking to any stallholder. There is no designated parking. Surrounding roads are residential, and may be fine for drop-offs.
- Taking part in a market does not guarantee you a place in one of our future markets. For each market you wish to take part in, you’ll need to complete and submit a separate application to be approved by us.
- We may take videos and photographs at the market to post across our social media.
- The market space is on the ground floor; it is accessible for wheelchairs and is pram-friendly.
- You will be provided with a table and a chair. If you want to bring your rail let us know in advance. Your market stall should look nice and presentable, clean and tidy all the time. Please price your products so that customers can feel confident to shop with you. We encourage cashless transactions. You can search for ‘card reader machines’ on Google. SumUp and Zettle are very popular.
